Little Caesars Pizza - Bismarck

I was really looking forward to enjoying a pizza during our family dinner, but the experience was disappointing. The food and customer service were absolutely terrible! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I will definitely not be returning. We didn’t receive what we ordered, and it was just a terrible experience overall!

No one answered the phone. After placing my order, I noticed at least thirty people coming and going to pick up their orders. I waited in the lobby for an hour for three pizzas. I understand that they might be understaffed, but this situation was completely absurd.

I waited 45 minutes for 3 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. The server, who I believe was named Barbie, was unprofessional and rude to her employees. I was also overlooked by 2-3 people who arrived after me. Additionally, the atmosphere was loud and the behavior of the staff was off-putting. When my order finally came out, there was no explanation for the long wait.

Never a bit hot and ready to talk to shorter staff that is understandable with the new normally so. I didn't like that it took 10 minutes to get my order taken and as was said to wait a 15 minutes basically added 10 minutes to my waiting time by the service

Always great except this time the bread sticks seemed raw. Very pale and not pleasing to the eye or appetite. I wish they didn't add so much sauce to their pizzas. It leaves them to sticky in the middle.
