Dinner with colleagues at this restaurant in the centre of bisheglie! rustic environment, open kitchen, a good menu with many specialties!

I'm prempt to have gone for the first time on a day of ergo holidays, fixed menu. the mix of appetizers was on average, nothing that needs insights. the seas were definitely fresh. I think dairy products have been the most appreciated part of me. It's very clever, I found them very good. first: the gnocchi with pistachio and mortadella were really very good, while the risotto with seafood remains in the average, good but less appreciated than the gnocchi. a white parmigiana really very much, sin was a little too lukewarm. very good desserts. of negative I could talk about some inaccuracies in the service. Unfortunately, several times we had to ask for cutlery so that we could take the course from the pirofiles. Surely there would be to improve that extra quid that would help you climb level. interior of the pleasant room in their simplicity. value for money, for that day, right.
