La Ramada Steakhouse Cantina - Bisbee

My husband took me to this restaurant to celebrate our 21st anniversary. We placed our drink and food orders, but after 40 minutes, the waitress came over to give us the bill without having served us anything. I called to express my concern—just sharing what happened, not being rude—but all I received was an apology. There was no effort to make things right. It felt like I wasn't considered an important customer, perhaps because I'm not a local or well-known there. Thank you, Ramada Steakhouse and Cantina, for ruining our special anniversary.

While I was there, fifteen more customers arrived, which spoke volumes about its popularity among the locals. The service was friendly, and my food arrived in a timely manner. Although the fried potatoes could have been softer and the over-medium eggs were a bit too runny for my taste, the beans and salsa were absolutely delicious. I finished every bite. I’m definitely planning to return for dinner sometime soon.

The restaurant is located in an interesting, well-maintained older building. The dining area is both comfortable and beautifully decorated. We've visited twice and have consistently experienced wonderful service. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the dishes they offer. Having lived in southeast Arizona for over 50 years, I can confidently say that their beans are among the best I've had. This evening, I enjoyed beef enchiladas with rice and beans, and every bite was delightful. On my last visit, I tried their Thursday rib special, which my wife also ordered, and we both loved our meals. We were equally satisfied with our dining experience tonight and will definitely be returning soon. I highly recommend checking it out!
