The Victoria In Barnt Green

The table was booked for a 60th meal, we were not rushed at all, eating and drinking was amazing, personal cared for us very well, will go again soon?

Smaller parts than the sister pub. slow service and a very atmospheric waitress that produces our dessert. sons chickem was to dry, swallow and brown lettice. very dissapointing.

Specially booked to give the big kids a pizza, as we know that they only find around 18 o'clock, they were not able to do them as no bases or mozzarella. the children 5 and 10 had a ok mac and cheese, but the portion size for a 10 years old was tiny. we had the crab pasta dish that was not very tasteful, asked about something parmesan, but no available. on the positive side, the employees were helpful and polite, but not inaccessible for the meal.

It was a quiet Thursday afternoon, but the te staff was excellent and the eating was perfect. I haven't been a fan of vic yet, but the staff and eating have changed me. I'll be back soon.

Lovely waitress and atmosphere but I did feel that the food had been under the kitchen lights waiting to be given to us. It all tasted fine but was dry, so the pea purée had definitely seen better days. The fish cakes were fine but the asparagus and chips were not brilliant I have to say.
