The Peacock - Birmingham

We visited here a few weeks ago with our young enkel after a visit in a nearby farm park. I can't mistake the service and the staff was very attentive to us all without being overlaid. eating was good and served immediately, but. there was no hurry to hurry, is with. we sat inside, but there was also a spacious garden area. I can recommend it if I were close, it would go again.

Beautiful atmosphere. friendly staff. new menu needs a little reflection. eat nice, although slightly slower service. .

For years gone to the paw pub and have many special memories, but today on Tuesday, 19. went to lunch, but was not greeted in a wise way that I would not expect the manager was looking around us on the computer...and with what she did continued! rude! then I said to her that we must welcome her, she said they want to stay here or go to the restaurant, we said the restaurant! she then led the away, the restaurant was not busy, but most guests sat at the top of the restaurant in front of the window and she wanted us to sit in the dark section, I asked for a table that was empty through the window and she snatched it again must be sanitizing and carried on the menu I then asked her if we had erected her, she said no and shook her head, then I asked her why they are so rude to us, and I told her that we are customers and pay for food and that she had no customer service, she was simply rude to shake her head! I really wanted to go, but I wouldn't give her the satisfaction! the other employees tried to be friendly as they probably told them, but not how rude she was, but really shouldn't work in customer service because they didn't!! she was very rude and spoiled our day! I hope she can reflex her acts and be more friendly for people, customers, as she did not seem to understand how this can affect people in this daily life! she should train herself on diversity, spiritual warmth and well-being and be good if she should go on in customer service!

Wednesday 20/4/22. for a family dinner for 4 of us. excellent service fron danielle. nice eating. will definitely recommend how a great evening had from all. will definitely be back.

Apparently, I am to “lower class” to eat here. I asked for “brown sauce” with my meal. Was informed “These pubs are deemed too posh to stock that condiment!”, even though many customers request it.
