The Hazelwell - Birmingham

The kitchen staff was absolutely terrible and did not know how to properly manage their stock. I ordered a side of mac and cheese for £2.99, only to be told 10-15 minutes later that they were out of it. I then asked for garlic bread for £1.99 and did not receive the correct change. When my food finally arrived, it looked like a children's meal on an adult menu. I am a regular customer here, but the quality and quantity of the food has significantly decreased. It was a complete disappointment.

Recently been in after a while , heard there was a new manager , I just want to say wow , they really have turned the place around , we ordered food and it was amazing asked who was in the kitchen and was told someone called James , big compliments to him and the management , the staff were great apart from a short girl behind the bar with short hair , carla or something like that was miserable and didn’t come across very friendly other than that , great spot , and once again congrats to the management .

I went to this pub with friends and had a great time. The staff was wonderful and the festive sharer platter we ordered was delicious. I hope they decide to keep it on the menu even after Christmas.

Great pub and lovely staff always there to help out recommend anytime lots of family’s enjoying the environment would go again most definitely

Was here Saturday 25th November 17:30pm-19:30pm barmaid with family giving hole family her staff discounts all night on drinks and holding up people brewery needs to do something about staff discount has is not fair on pub losing money and trade.
