On I visited the Fox Walmley with my husband and teenage daughter. On arrival the staff were welcoming and polite and friendly. We ordered adult carvery's and my daughter chose Pizza. We ordered all the above choices at the bar at the same...time, we waited a while to ensure the pizza would be nearly cooked before collecting the carvery. On collecting the carvery both myself and hubby had turkey and beef, the beef was disgusting and I could not cut with the knife it was that tuff, I complained to the waitress and she said they had received lots of compliments about the beef and no one was able to eat the beef, how ever the chef still continued to offer beef on the menu knowing this. I feedback to the waitress the vegetables were cold no gravy available. After sitting for approx one hour will still were waiting for the pizza , the waitress apologised explaining it was being prepared minutes later no pizza and was told they had ran out of cheese for the crust , the waitress gave feedback that the chef was new so was taking longer. Every one in the venue was complaining. In total I spent for three people that was cold , unable to eat , poor service. I expressed my concerns to the staff and explained our experience was terrible!! will not be visiting again !!! Worst experience ever !!!

Nice service great and atmosphere relaxed, food amazing and drinks were quick, carvery were amazing as usual!
