The Big Fish - Birmingham

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. It used to be a favorite spot of ours, but recently it seems they are taking advantage of customers by overcharging and serving lower quality food. It's unacceptable to charge high prices for food that is no longer worth it. This is not the first time we have had issues with our orders being incorrect or overcharged. It's time for this restaurant to address these issues and improve their attitude towards their customers.

I highly recommend ordering from this restaurant. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the dishes are freshly cooked. The only downside is that the delivery driver doesn't bother to knock on the door.

The food and customer service at this local fish and chip shop are excellent. I would recommend it to everyone. I ordered 5 fish and chips for my family and we all enjoyed the meal.

Hello to all readers and to all staff@Trip ! I stayed at Ibis Bordesley Birmingham during first week Nov 2019. A pal recommended that I should try this joint once. I drove to the place 10 Mins and it was quite busy at 8 pm. I requested a spicy Tilapia fish grill , side salad , salted watery yogurt and rice. This was a takeaway . It was very delicious and fresh. I didn't taste the texture of a frozen fish so I have to give a big thumbs up. One pic attached.

This is a nice place to get good quslity fast food and the service is nice serving with a smile. My favourite is fish and chips which i think is best in the area.
