Prezzo - Birmingham

The dining experience was outstanding, set in a beautiful location with well-equipped room decor. The service from our waitress was exceptional.

That experience was a disaster for me. I ordered a salad with chicken, bacon, and avocado, and it was so disappointing that I felt like crying. At first, it looked appealing, but there were only three types of lettuce, a few small pieces of chicken, maybe a bit of bacon, and just a couple of spoonfuls of brown, overripe avocado. It was just over-dressed. My partner had pasta, which he enjoyed, but it was a bit bland and unremarkable. On a positive note, the interior of the restaurant was lovely, and our waitress was absolutely charming!

The service is excellent, as you can either order online or have your order taken at your table. If you don't drink alcohol, I highly recommend trying the mocktails—they're really great! Their weekday menu offers two courses for just £10, which is a fantastic deal, and the portion sizes are very generous.

A very pleasant ambiance and friendly staff. The service was fast and the food was delicious. They offer a delightful collection of fresh pizzas which are cooked in a huge 'on view ' open oven. Alcoholic drinks were over priced. The décor was excellent and to good taste.

My first time visiting Prezzo with my partner and we were welcomed from the start, we were looked after well and the food was really nice.
