Very courteous staff, very busy area...delicious meal.

Really beautiful nandos location with great art. Food was tasty but the fries portion was very stingy compared to the normal nandos offering at other restaurants.

I tried Nandos for the first time and Lunga provided exceptional service! He explained everything and took great care of us. The food was top-notch, and the restaurant is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Overall, the restaurant is well-managed and fantastic.

Nando's never disappoints, and Lunga, the manager, ensures every visit to the Mailbox Nandos is fantastic! From the great atmosphere and extremely helpful staff to the always delicious perfectly cooked food, this is certainly the best Nandos in Birmingham. Thank you Lunga and staff!

Efficient service, cosy atmosphere; delightful food. Our server, Lunga, was very hospitable and knowledgeable throughout. A good place for a casual date.
