Kfc - Birmingham

This restaurant is absolutely terrible, do not go there! I ordered through Just Eat and received the completely incorrect order, and when I tried calling them, they did not answer. When I went to the restaurant to resolve the issue, they remade the order, but once I got home, it was still completely wrong. I regret not checking the order before leaving. The staff is completely incompetent.

I brought some chicken on 28/10/2020. I got home and a bunch of the chicken was spoiled and stink. I went back to the store today and spoke to the manger and she told me that she can't do nothing about it. I think the service in the store is lousy. I think they left the chicken in the stink to defrost over night. I would like back a refund ora proper cook chicken.

Popped in last week for some food and there was only me there ordering ... i asked as extra BBQ sauce so the pots and extra gravy ...when she handed me the bag i said are the sauces in ? she went ohhh BBQ and grabbed a handful of sachets when i said i wanted the pot she again went oh ?! i said is everything else in she said yes and as i saw her look at the order im of course thinking it would be right. Get all the way home to discover NO GRAVY !!! ring the branch to complain no answer phone constantly sounded engaged ...obs off the hook the food was terrible i had ordered a Zinger burger meal , chicken was hard and cold and the chips were over cooked and hardly any in the packet to be honest Considering the place was empty theres no excuses surely ?!!! one order and still got it wrong wont be going again and you still owe me money back from the GRAVY

Pre ordered a meal with sweetcorn and a potion of potatoes did I get it NO Instead was delivered extra hot wings and extra rice If I wanted them I would have ordered them No excuse when you pre order at 10.30am not like you ran out.....AVOID AVOID AVOID just lazy staff

Just had a ubereats what a waste of my well earned money the chips were over cooked and cold and the chicken was hard never again
