Przekaż informację zwrotnąGirl behind counter needs to learn the menu, I questioned the price as different to menu displayed, she couldn't answer, called her manager but he was too busy chatting to his friends, he sorted the order, no apologies from either, customer service ZERO from both, food average wouldn't rush to use this branch again, a shame as KFC worldwide and good reputation, sadly this branch leaves a lot to be desired,STAFF NEED TRAINING, COME ON KFC SHOW SOME PRIDE IN YOUR DELIVERY OF SERVICE AND TELL STAFF TO UP THEIR MANNERS!!!!
Sorry to say, Service was ok, got a 6 piece and 4 fries, Plus extra 4 piece, chicken was not up to its normal standards, Obviously, they cook loads a chicken every day, So the oil wasn't fresh, which is understandable, time about 17:30 when I went. Waste of time coming back, I'll try and phone, but to no avail, I'll try again.. Not impressed at all
Car park will fine u for parking even if conditions are met car park camera will not record u leaving properly management will try to speak to u from back of shop instead of coming to front counter 30-45mins for food if u order from hear
We visited KFC 63 New St, Birmingham B2 5DU, It was really busy with being near the Christmas Market. We had a bit of a wait for food, but it was worth it as cooked perfect. Toilet was out of order, but this may be overuse due to the Christmas market.
Everytime I have ever ordered from here using Uber eats there is always food items missing. I don’t understand how they fail to make an order with a huge receipt written on the bag and have items missing. Diabolical and staff rude.
