The food was different and more exciting than most places, as was the full marking there. It was also reasonably priced. The young women working there are so nice, you order at the counter then food and drinks are brought to your table with a smile. We later caught up for lunch and just for tea/coffee and cake and they're consistently good, that's the real test. Food always great, service exceptional.
Some really delightful savoury and sweet dishes in this very pleasant restaurant in House of Fraser, Sutton Coldfield. An extremely pleasant, efficient serving team enhance the dining experience. A specific mention for Ella, who is extremely competent, hardworking and customer focussed. Always pleasant, courteous and...when pressures of work allow, delightfully interpersonal; often chatting happily and engagingly with customers. I do not know her personally but I hope her managers will give her a well deserved pat on the back.
Great place for lunch. Nice atmosphere, greek salad and focaccia with ham and swiss cheese was very good. Coffee was nice as was the Earl Gray tea. Probably the best non pub lunch spot in Sutton at the moment.
First class service and customer care from Katie. A young, confident, highly personal member of your team. Even when busy, she finds a moment to mingle with customers comfortably, in a cheerful welcoming style. She is a good ambassador for your company and a credit to herself, her upbringing and her education. I don't know her personally but I hope her managers will thank her for her hard work and the very favorable impression she creates,
Unfortunately there is one of the worst customer services in the Dior section at House of Fraser at Grace church centre. I went twice to shop for Dior products but I didn't buy anything because of the seller's behaviour. I never come back to the...house of Fraser for shopping.
