I had a very disappointing meal before watching Equalizer 2 on August 22, 2018. The dough balls were dry and my carbonara was terrible, so we had to send it back. However, the server was amazing and very helpful.

I have visited Frankie and Benny's several times, always hoping that the next experience will be better than the last. Unfortunately, it never is!

Absolutely love Frankie and Bennys Rubery. Staff are always lovely and the food is usually really tasty. Not happy with how little cheese and bacon you get for cheese and bacon fries though. Also, don't book through open table as this booking system DOES NOT work. Luckily they had a spare table with only a 10minute wait.

Booked with open table but when I got there they had no notice of my booking so we were forced to wait 35 minutes whcih given it was Friday wasn't unexpected but was disappointing. What was also disappointing was there were lots of empty tables, one a large reserved table for which no one turned up. It was obvious that was the case after we'd been there for 15 minutes or so yet it still. took the staff a while to split the tables and prep for the large number of people waiting for smaller tables.
