Visited here with a few family members after having a game of bowling. Our waitress Kirsty was so pleasant, with a big smile on her face. Very helpful when we had a few questions about the menu. Food was lovely and we didn't have to wait long at all. I would definately recommend the buffalo fries. Will be back soon.

The restaurant was very crowded and loud, making it difficult to hear the waitress. It was not conducive to a peaceful meal. We had a problem with our meal, but it was resolved fairly quickly. The waitress was lovely and did an excellent job, showing great friendliness and skill in her work. While it may not be my first choice for dining, it seems to be a popular spot for families with young children. Keep in mind that it is not a budget-friendly dining option.

I have always been a fan of Frankie and Benny's, but what have they done with the music they are playing? It is really old and terrible chart music that nobody wants to hear.

My family of four went out for a quick meal at this restaurant. It was quiet, so we were able to sit in a nice booth at the back. Our server, Matt, was fantastic - friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and arrived quickly, but I suggest ordering a starter to enjoy while you wait.

This is the second time ive been in a few weeks and it was such a nice meal out. Weve had rachel as our server both times we've been and her service is some of the best we've received. Thank you rachel, youre a star and a true asset to the company. Food was brilliant. All in all, a lovely couple of visits!
