Fat Burgers New Street - Birmingham

We arrived to find that the restaurant was closed, having received no notification of this change from either yourselves or the restaurant....very poor practice. On complaining to the restaurant we were offered 20% discount and soft drinks on our next visit, we get offered more from places we have no reason to complain about!

It wasn’t a friendly welcome when entering the restaurant. It’s disappointing that the milkshake machine was broken which is part of the reason we came to a burger restaurant. We won’t be coming back

Walked through the door and told the staff we had booked a table the staff seemed disinterested and the restaurant was unwelcoming. Also noticed packs of cans of drink to one side of the restaurant as if they hadn’t bothered to put them away. At that point we decided we didn’t want to stay and went to another restaurant.

Made an online booking through OpenTable which was confirmed by the restaurant (lunchtime on Sat 27 Nov) only to arrive to find that the restaurant was closed- on a Saturday?! No note in the window to explain why and no contact from the restaurant.
