It is best to avoid this restaurant at all costs. The service is absolutely terrible, as they cannot speak English and are overpriced. It seems like all the staff are illegal immigrants, and the offers they advertise are misleading. I would recommend looking for another place to dine.

Avoid ordering here after dark, as the service is extremely slow. I was disappointed compared to the service I have received in student areas like Selly Oak.

The pizza costs 16 pounds which is too expensive for its size. The taste is decent but the price is extremely high. It's a rip off.

The driver did not arrive to my address and I made several attempts at calling. The driver kept telling me he was here but i waited outside waiting without any sign of him for over 30 mins despite him telling me he was a minute away everytime I called. Eventually the driver stopped picking. I called the store to lash out and demand a refund and I was told this would be processed between 2 to 3 working days. I also contacted customer services to inform them of my experience and I had a very poorly written reply by so called head of customer services who initially said the matter was being investigated. There was no follow up for days and no refunds and I contacted them again and the head of customer services demanded I sent screenshots of my phone call logs inadvertently accusing me of false declarations. I eventually sent this and still no refunds or follow ups were issued. Avoid this company at all costs! Especially their Birmingham Central Center. Also the replies by head of customer services shows you all need RETRAINING!!

Rang them for a delivery order totalling only £13 which was overpriced. to be told they dont accept cash payments after midnight. also the man on the phone was very rude and unhelpfull so we went to pizzaking and got a lovely pizza for £9 faster delivery better taste and lovbely staff. dominoes you really need to change your policies and staff asap youre a joke will not be using you again.
