Costa Coffee - Birmingham

Today, I visited the store to get some work done away from home. The service I received was incredibly warm and welcoming. The team efficiently cleared tables and maintained a clean environment. Despite the constant flow of customers, they managed to move through the queues quickly. It was evident that the team members had a strong working relationship, as they were supportive and calm while serving with a smile. Additionally, my hot strawberries and cream milkshake was absolutely delicious. Thank you Birmingham New Street Costa Coffee for a great experience!

I had a complimentary coffee on my app and stopped in on my way to the train. It was a quiet Friday evening and we decided to try the new maple edition coffee. We were impressed with the service and drinks.

I am not certain if this is the right Costa location as it was not specified in the listing, but this review is for the one inside Next at The Bullring. The staff here were rude and ignored us, instead choosing to chat about the Grand Prix. While I understand that one of them may have been completing a previous order, it would have been more polite to at least acknowledge us as customers. It was disappointing to see that one of the staff members even had a manager badge on. The service was awful and the tables also needed to be cleared.

Our drinks were fine. However the venue needs more attention both in cleaning and routine clearing of tables. It is a prime location being central to the cafe cluster in the station

I had drink it was not right when told manger Marius was rude patronising and made me feel small and terrible and left feeling bad use Starbucks instead or any other place don't go here
