Church Tavern - Birmingham

I had a really wonderful time at The Church Tavern pub in Perry Bar today (10/3/24). The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this pub. Thank you to Tina and the staff for a great experience.

The pub is nice and the staff are friendly, but unfortunately the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the hunter's chicken and it was not appetizing at all. The peas were half frozen, the chicken was dry and burnt, and overall it was not worth the money. I apologize for the negative review, but my experience was not a good one.

The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the toilets were also clean and well-maintained. There is a soft play area and a good children's menu to keep the little ones busy. There is also outdoor seating for nice weather and a designated smoking area. The restaurant offers free parking for customers. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for families and will be returning again.

Been here a number of times, usually for family’s bday celebrations and such! After an….chaotic experience somewhere else earlier tonight, we sought refuge here so we could actually have a chance to talk over a few drinks! Such a cosy, friendly atmosphere. When we do come to eat, the food is lovely! Never had an issue here ever. And the staff are always wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The vibes are brilliant! Will be back :
