Chung Ying Central - Birmingham

Absolutely deserves the title restaurant of the year in Birmingham! Can't eat enough here! Top-class environment with sophisticated design of Chinese art and excellent service that will make you feel like eating at your own place. The music is another highlight that deserves a visit. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in Birmingham who wants a good Chinese food and the best hospitality.

A really nice food house at the top end of Colmore street. Staff were attentive and the dishes on offer both good to look at and to taste to.

Great service, from booking to payment of invoice. Had duck pancakes for beginners. They came in generous portions and the duck tasted amazing. The dimming amount was also delicious and the main course of sharp spicy and sweet acidic chickens was one of the best cantonese meals I had so far. Everything super fresh and crispy. Not too fat. Good selection of alcoholic drinks and cocktails. Come back here. Recommended.

Absolutely fantastic selection of dishes. When our came out, they were well presented and nice n hot. The cocktails impressed me and Mama. So much choice. The waitresses were there. Always look at you. Eat there the second time. Not disappointed. In any case back and would recommend.

Maybe my favorite of the Chung Ying family. They serve authentic Chinese cuisine and have a wide selection of dim sums in each of their restaurants. Chung Ying Central also serves some super beautiful cocktails. I can not recommend the crispy roast pig very enough, it is worth a visit.
