Chocolat - Birmingham

A slice of chocolate heaven! The friendly staff serves up some truly delicious chocolate creations. I tried a hot chocolate accompanied by some chocolate cream on the side, as well as a chocolate dessert, and it was absolutely delightful. The prices are reasonable, and there's a cozy little nook to sit and unwind. What’s not to love? Treat yourself!

I stopped by and purchased some of their Easter treats. They offer vegan-friendly chocolates, which is fantastic since I have a friend who is lactose intolerant, allowing me to buy chocolate for them. While their products can be a bit more expensive than supermarket chocolates, it's due to the higher quality. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful personal .if there are customer service awards, they should go to this load. the workers smile always n happy it is such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Thank you. oh n l do love the chocolate too!

The classic 70% milkshake is so delicious that you'll want to savor it with your eyes closed. It feels like indulging in a cloud in the sky.

Big shout out to the staff of Hotel Chocolat,New Street for the helping us, The Stonehouse Gang Youth Club. The free chocolate tasters were amazing!! And helped us with part of our mystery tour/scavenger hunt. I will definitely be back in the near future to buy from yourselves.
