I paid 50% more for an breakfast I pay at a weatherspoons pub, but I never really have breakfast. I waited for over 30 minutes and was then addressed by a waitress who asked me if I wanted another coffee. I couldn't afford to wait and said I was gone." I was not offered a refund. they did not seem to be particularly busy at that time.

Eating was disappointing average considering that the menu would sound very promising. the interior is pretty. the clientel is obviously exercise mums, so it's good if babies in strollers are their ding. I will not go back and recommend to miss him, but they will decide for themselves.

My second visit to arco this afternoon (7th jan 2014) but unfortunately my last one. beautiful place (if very dark), good coffee, okay tapas. but the barman preferred to pamper our journey by making inappropriate comments to my friend than she went to pay. we were not charged for the lecherous bar service.

We went as a big group to celebrate a birthday. abi gave us table service, sorted the cake and was very attentive. they also gave the birthday boy some bubbles! great eating also! thank you. marie
