2 Treat U - Birmingham

I went to treat to U in the evening. I ordered a large margaretta pizza and fries. The fries were extremely cold and the pizza was not nice at all. I rang the shop and complained that the fries were cold. They past me around to a couple of staff and the last person said no the fries were fresh. My brother also said to staff that the fries were clearly not fresh. The guy repeatedly kept saying no they were fresh. He did not offer a solution to rectify the problem and was not bothered the slightest. He was extremely rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused. I have never in my entire life seen such a unprofessional poor customer service. Do not buy any food from this place the quality is poor and the service is terrible

I ordered a pizza and a burger for myself and my wife. I requested a plain pizza with extra cheese and extra tomato sauce, but instead received chunks of tomato and a lot of cheese. It seems like they need more practice making pizza before selling them. I also asked for a non-processed chicken burger, but ended up with a processed chicken burger. It seems like there is a lack of management at this restaurant. The previous owners really knew what they were doing.

My friends and I went to a restaurant for a meal. The food was excellent and the pizza was perfect. The milkshake was amazing and I highly recommend it. The service was also great.

I had the chicken from this restaurant and it was dripping with blood, absolutely revolting!! Avoid the chicken. The staff don't wear gloves, etc. I am so glad I checked my food as I always do. I will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered chicken pizza from here and when we got down to eating it it was horrible. It smelt odd and tasted odd. Called the place they said no one complained about the place n were unwilling to do anything about it. We offered to take the pizza back to them but they just told us to basically eat it or go hungry. Absolutely horrible. I will never go back to this place. The experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and its mostly from the food. Seriously its horribe
