Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

After ordering for my colleagues, I paid and started to leave without any explanation, apology, or justification for this policy. I understand that it may take time to process orders, but there was no one behind me in line, and I noticed several employees in the kitchen. Many fast-food restaurants are currently struggling, and it's disappointing when a customer tries to give you business, only to be turned away. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not return to any of your locations in the future. It's unfortunate because your food and service are usually above average.

I popped in for a quick meal and couldn't have been happier. I've never had a negative experience here. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the variety offered by the drink machine. This is a fantastic place that I highly recommend!

I absolutely love Zaxby's! I go there frequently. While this particular location may not be in the best spot, it has a nice decor and ample space. The food is really delicious!

This location is one of the best I have ever visited. The Doug Baker location is far superior to other Zaxby's that I have visited.

I came to this Zaxbys and Josh was able to make the ORIGINAL Zaxbys Club (the one on texas toast with lettuce and tomato, not this new one I will never order again) and it was GREAT!! AWESOME service that was also fast which is important on a lunch break. Will definitely come back for THIS sandwich.
