Sumo Japanese Steakhouse Sushi

This place was formerly amazing, but we went there for my daughter in place birthday and the chef was badly trained and was not even mildly entertaining. he dropped hot noodles on my hand when he tried to hit the plate. the service was very terrible. numerous paintings were the orders wrong and the refills on the drinks were almost unexistent. the worst thing was when we were asked about the bill we were left over 20 minutes before someone received a payment. at this point I went forward and expressed my discontent. the person who played manager (as he was not qualified to be one) asked if someone had been over there to help us what was strange, as I told him that we were upset. then he turned around and worked for a partial pity from him beyond the bar. I tried to ask him is that everything he had to say and I was ignored at this place. it is a shame to see such an amazing place as far as falling. I hope the owners will take knowledge, but I assume that the same lack of enthusiasm for service and customers reaches to the top of the owner team.

I picked up dinner here because Stix was closed . The food was horrible, the yum yum sauce is watered down … like WATER ! They are rude but I’m kinda use to that. The food was just tasteless and a total waste of money. I definitely will not be returning

Everting is good with the food, but the payment is a mess. You can not pay with visa their terminal do not receive the payment. If you are from Mexico avoid having a misunderstanding that they can not charge you and send you to an ATM.

Like normal food was good but the manager on staff was extremely rude to other patrons at our table. When they continued to order about portion sizes and service, the manager told him he didn’t care about reviews and that they ate too much anyways. Previously my favorite place for Japanese but out of the way. So I will definitely not be back and will just find a closer place. They have downsized the portion sizes but upped the price.

Sushi was not good, but the hibachi grill food was very good. Soup was the best I've ever had, but the salad was lacking in dressing and the dressing seemed watered down. The food was cooked perfectly and our chef was quite friendly and fun.
