Subway - Birmingham

I will never go to this location again. The girl taking my order was on her cell phone the whole time. I had to keep repeating what I wanted on my sandwich. I don't just mean once, every single thing I wanted on it. Terrible! Subway at Walmart in Forestdale. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The employees were very unprofessional and uncoordinated. Normally there is a sign on the door telling customers to use the other door but the staff purposely did not put the sign up because they were tired of making sandwiches. Then they had the nerve to have the other door locked while customers where still inside. I thought they were closed, so I tapped on the window to tell them to turn the open sign off. The employees ignored me, bubut a lady in line told me to use the other door and she let me in. It was 3 people in front of me. 2 salads and a lady ordered 3 subs. I was in there for 36 mins to be exact. While in line customers where walking up to the locked door thinking they were closed and the staff just looked and made no effort in letting them know that they were open for another hr. It was absolutely ridiculous.

It’s 7:02pm and they are closed. The store sign says closing time is at 8:00pm

Adrienne gave my son and I a very nice experience. Her customer service was outstanding!

I love subway they ain't always pleasant but I like to watch that's all that matters to me
