Fantastic food, friendly staff, and a clean atmosphere! The Footlong Steak and Cheese sandwich was loaded and delicious!

I called the store to address the issue, and the employee (or possibly the owner) who answered stated that he would cancel my order and replace the sandwich. I asked how that would be possible since the order had already been delivered. He then offered to refund my money. Feeling hungry, I decided to go to the store directly to sort everything out, despite already paying for delivery. When I arrived, the same person who had answered the phone was there. I waited patiently in line and explained my situation when it was my turn. It seemed like he didn't expect me to come in person because he started making excuses, claiming he couldn’t issue a refund and hadn’t canceled my order. He raised his voice in front of other customers and told me to call subway.com. I pointed out that the number on my order was the store's number and asked him for an alternative contact, but he just shouted at me and threatened to kick me out. Ultimately, he called the police on me. The police witnessed how rude he was, and other customers who had been there before me were also complaining about his behavior. I'm relieved that the situation didn't escalate further. It’s disheartening that someone would call the police over a mistaken sandwich order, especially given the serious issues affecting the African American community today. I spent my hard-earned money on a meal I couldn't eat, and I am extremely frustrated by how this situation was handled. I will never support this franchise again.

This is the third time I've been thoroughly disappointed with their sandwiches, if you can even call them that. Every order I’ve placed has been missing half or more of what I was supposed to receive. This time, I ordered online, and what arrived was downright pitiful. I forgot to take a picture of mine, but my girlfriend had just as disappointing an experience with her Flatbread steak and cheese. I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place; they really don’t deserve to stay in business.

Customer service was great however the price doesn't match the product. The portion size wasn't definitely worth it. I was very disappointed. Not sure if I'll return.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The employees are always so nice! It's always clean. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting said good sandwich for a reasonable price. 5????s all day every day ????
