Panera Bread - Birmingham

I want to like this panera because it's close to me, but they're pretty slow and never your order right. They make every order and prefer to thru drive and then wait for 5-10 minutes. Infact, I never went through the ride thru and had my order waiting for me OHNE 5-10 minutes. Even then they forget some of my order and obvious things like napkins. The last person who brought me my order was text while she gave it to me and didn't even remember my drink. I hate to leave a negative review, but it is annoying to go through a drive thru, wait for 10 minutes, and still you have your order wrong and have to go in anyway. It seems that everyone is very young and it is simply not interested, unfortunately.

Lorenzo is very polite and friendly! He made sure I got my Panera rewards and told me about those who come. The Baja warm bowl is delicious!

Always out of objects, inaccurate call ahead, and simple....unfriendly. They give people delicious coals... smile!!! Fresh bread!!! Something!!! The dive to the Hoover is worth it, don't go here

The food was very good and the atmosphere would have been good if it weren't for one of the workers who with a shrill voice every time someone was the order up, despite a summer to inform every customer. There is no point in shouting names and interrupting the peace of the diners when people already have a summer to tell them when their order is. The screaming has really distracted from the culinary experience.

They are always out of everything. Terrible. Worst Panera I have ever visited. Tables are nasty. Have to search around for a clean table every time even when they are not busy. Basic items are never in stock. They should figure out the basics or close this location that can actually stock items.
