This place is disgusting. Flies flying everywhere and employees not wearing gloves. The guy manager is rude to customers and watched me sit at the register for 3 mins before saying he “was on break”. It took 10 mins for my food to come out. I didn’t even eat it because of how disgusted I was. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please don’t eat here
I went through the drive through which always takes extremely long. I ordered 2 large fries and got half filled boxes. They forgot another one of my sandwiches and fries. The only good thing was they were semi nice and fries where hot
The night manager was so rude. He keep trying to rush us, we were not at the intercom not even 30 seconds and he was at it again. Saying, can I take your order, as if he didn 't sign up to be a servicemen. This was said 3 times, after asking could we get a sec. After being held up in the drive-thru for 20 plus minutes. This was all within a minute time frame, so sad.He was not in the mood to be working and should give his job to someone who will and can appreciate working.If someone needs a little time, what is wrong with giving it. What if we are slow learners and read slow, what if we had our mind set one thing and get to there and it changes, because other things are looking a bit more interesting.He was so rude he cooked my fries hard and gave me a dry hamburger. Giving my husband fresh food, with good soft fries.Let me be clear, I did address the the rushing by saying, like, what is the rush, are we holding him up from something. So, I figure that 's why my food was a mess. I lost receipt, so I could contact McDonald 's and complain.My cheese burger had nothing, but meat and cheese. That is not what I ordered, where in the worls were the condiments? This McDonald 's always have rejects working for them, not all, but if the shoe fit wear it. I blame McDonald 's with hiring none service working people.. Who are more suitable for the streets than servicing the public.
I swear McDonald's has some of the worst customer service. They don't do the basic, such as greet you. I went to the one on Gasden Hwy yesterday and they never came to the mic to take my order or even ask me to wait for a moment. After waiting for a while, and no one offering to take my order, I decide to pull around. When the cashier finally acknowledges me sitting there she opens the window, doesn't say anything and just stares at me as if I'm bothering her. I swear if it wasn't for my kids wanting this I would have pulled off. I am so over McDonald's. Sad thing about is they no their service socks and don't care. That's what happens when you become so big.
