Always had good experiences ordering from this location. Management has been very nice and deliveries are prompt. Glad it's here!

Lazy delivery workers work on Sundays. weekdays seems fine because there are multiple business ordering sandwiches for lunch and so during these shifts, employees seem to actually care. on the weekends however, they do not. and upon ordering yesterday I had a delivery driver from this location tell me she was not going to get out of the car and deliver my sandwich to my door. she ended up leaving it downstairs by the mailbox which is not what I put in my instructions at all. she just didn't want to go up a flight or two of stairs because of laziness. whoever works that shift on Sundays needs to be replaced.

Waited for an hour and never got my food. Called and asked if I needed to just cancel it and was told it was on the way out the door. Im 10 minutes away max and waited another hour and called again. Was told it was still in store and would be next to be delivered. If you can't make your deliveries don't accept delivery orders. Terrible service and lack of communication. I'd give you 0 stars but I have to give 1.

We can’t give any stars. They really can’t make a sandwich and deliver it in under 2 hours. It’s unacceptable.

This place took 1.5 hours for me to get my order. at 12:20 o'clock I didn't order until 1:50 o'clock. they cried and warned us that the broth was made and would take 35 min at 12:50 o'clock, but later they used an excuse of change of the layer, not with the extradition drivers, but never called to tell me that. I would have picked up if that were the case. they should have done enough brot before opening them "proclaimed and told me no one could deliver and offered to force me. When I called and asked where the sandwiches were, they told me several times, oh it's gone. They should be there soon. etc. I waited 10 minutes after each time and finally said where is the delivery driver exactly? can you follow him? can you call him? the answer was not no. I was a 3 minute drive, less than 15 minutes to walk. no apologies, no apologies until I said in order, if they really think it's 5 minutes away, why don't they stay on the phone with me, so until they can feel my pain here, wait for an hour. finally, she called the delivery driver and he showed up. many themes: why there was no brot too noon? Why was there a change to lunch? Why didn't I know they were waiting for a truck? Why were they lying several times, were they 5 min out? Why did the manager have to ask others if they could track the delivery driver? abby abby
