Jet's Pizza - Birmingham

I live in Oak Park and I go to this location over Berkley. This location truly cares about their customers. I ordered a pizza and once I got home I seen it was wrong. I called a few minutes after they closed. The manager Christian answered and offered to remake my pizza!!!! When I tell you they exceed my expectations every time I mean it!

We've been going to Jets on Eton for a year. The food is fantastic and we never had a wrong order. We had a delivery and the pizza was not correct. I called the team and they had a new one in 20 minutes. They were so good and fast to correct it. I think it's easy for a restaurant to get good reviews when things are right. But mistakes happen and it's about how they react. They were excellent and Christian the manager was wonderful. We're going back. And again.

This jet location is just fabulous! Super practical area, plentiful parking, friendly staff and delicious pizza. This is the only Jet’s I will order right now!

This Jets location is by far one of the best in Michigan. I order from here all the time, and it's always on point. The staff is friendly and professional. They always go beyond and beyond to accommodate their customers. I put an order at 9:58 a.m., they closed at 10 a.m. (Thursday night) they still my order. You're never disappointed! I'm glad this jet location is near home, this place is our destination for pizza! Thank you to the gentlemen who offered us something to drink while waiting for our pizza. You rock!

The pizza here is pretty solid. The great crispy Detroit style pepperoni pizza is one of our go-to pizzas for day of play. It also heats well. Over the years they have changed regular bones in chicken wings to boneless chicken wings. I wouldn't recommend paying for the boneless chicken wings. The money is not worth it. Also the note, this place is always busy, but the cashiers were always friendly. The entrance is also on the street side!
