This is a run-down restaurant in a poor area of the city, and its exterior, parking lot, decrepit fence, and inside decor all reflect that.
I wish, I could rate them a negative zero Food far below taste of the location once on 8th ave.
The buffalo wings are fair, the fries are not too good, the General Tso's chicken is adequate.
