However, last week the 23.5 oz. bottle of Agave was priced at $7.69. I sent a coworker there to get more for us, only to find out that the price had jumped to $10.99! That's just ridiculous—an increase of three dollars in less than two days since my last purchase. When my coworker returned, I thought it was a mistake until I saw the receipt showing the new price of $10.99, while Publix sells it for $6.83! I called the store, and they said they would have the buyer get back to me, possibly to explain a price error. But nobody called me, and this is really frustrating! The same size and brand, and just two days later the price is three dollars higher when it's under $7 elsewhere. Even if the cost increased for the retailer, it shouldn’t have been enough to justify such a huge price hike. Now I’m questioning the prices I once thought were good. From now on, I’ll be price-matching and visiting them less often. It may not mean much to others, but as a frequent shopper for an item I buy regularly, it matters a lot to me. So, I guess it’ll be Publix and Amazon from here on out!

I visited this place while I was in town from another state, and I ended up buying the cutest sandals and a few bracelets that I wear or carry with me every day, along with some other items and gifts for friends. My mom and I spent at least an hour exploring the store, and afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the café. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and there was a great atmosphere in the store. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Birmingham!

This place is absolutely amazing. The majority of the regular menu is the same ingredients done different ways, but the specials and soups, that's where it's at. The potato leek soup and the farmer's pie are the rarest, but most amazing things you will ever eat there. The people are nice and the food comes out fast. Not to mention it's the only vegetarian cafe in the city of birmingham. The food is a bit pricey, but trust me, it's worth it.

I eat here once or twice a week. Taco Tuesday features bean and guacamole whole wheat tacos, with lettuce, salsa, and a choice of two small sides (out of black beans, pinto beans, tortilla chips, rice). The people are sweet, the ambiance is quiet, and food and drink selections are reasonably broad.
