I wanted to go to the food bar with my dad to celebrate a milestone birthday. It was my first time, though I had heard from the place on BMR, so I thought it would have to be good. No, it wasn't good. It was amazing. Our server informed us about an off-Menu selection for the evening, which just happened to be my favorite fish. She was able to reserve the Very Last Filet for me when last she checked that there was 4 left. the experience, the meal, the customer service, every single last thing was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to go back.

Excellent choice for fine dining in a casual setting. FOODBAR now takes reservations which is a plus. Menu changes frequently and they often have off menu entrees. We had scallops and hangar steak. Both are superb. We’ve been here three times and all were great. UPDATE : we’ve been here more than a dozen times and still GOAT. Steak was served with a different presentation but amazing. Bolognese also superb not your mama’s red sauce it’s indescribably delicious. Sorry Ma. You will not be disappointed here. We love Foodbar.

Make reservations! This is a slow dinner kind of atmosphere so you don't want to try waiting. Everything we ordered was great...old fashioned, margarita, foie gras, breakfast for dinner, muscles, cheese, and apple cake. Great atmosphere too
