Ordering is easy online, food is always good and exactly what I ordered. But the delivery people are always so pleasant and nice. I love that, means a lot! Plus, they are here with my order fast!
On May 7th, 2022 I made an order of 20 pizzas to be delivered to my residence for an event. Right away, I experienced rude customer service and a bit of hostility due to the quantity of pizzas being ordered. The manager working that night even flippedme off when I went back into the store to report the disgusting quality of food that was delivered to me which was a pizza witha whole footprint on it, several uncut and burned pizzas. To top it off, the manager also racially profiled me and said, ?you?rejust a typical Mexican buying our medium two toppings pizza?. I have no words for these employees and as to what went throughtheir minds with my experience here. If anyone has a corporate number that actually answers, let me know.
This restaurant is typically fantastic, but my experience on July 11, 2022, was really disappointing. I tried to place my order online several times, but it wouldn't go through. So, I decided to call the store, and the person who answered assured me that everything was fine with my order. After waiting for an hour, I called back, and the same person answered again, telling me he never actually placed my order. I think I’ll stick with Papa John’s from now on.
A while ago, the driver texted me to say, "Sorry, we don’t have enough drivers." This was regarding a $60 online order. I replied, asking if I could get a refund or if my order was available for pick-up instead, but I never received a response. When I arrived at the store, my order wasn’t refunded or ready for pick-up. Fortunately, the manager on duty made my order for me. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had such an experience. It would be nice to see some accountability for employees who provide such poor customer service. The driver could have easily refunded me or left my order for pick-up, but it seems like they preferred to keep it for themselves. I’m highly unlikely to order from this Domino’s location again, as I’ve had too many bad customer service experiences to justify the prices they charge.
