Chick-fil-a - Birmingham

The manager is very rude and nasty to employees I quit this job because of that and now there are refusing to give me my check, never work here its not worth the waste of time.

Very slow service. It's about 20 times slower than other Chick-fil-A locations.

Rude employees waited over 20 minutes for bad food soggy. When I questioned the order because we needed the left off pickles. They got very rude. I walked off and went back to table to eat. We were almost done the manager came over and was rude again. At that point we were over it. They were trying to start an argument. We are at a hospital with our son in serious condition. How awful you can be to someone. Will never eat at a this stupid fast food nightmare again.

While at the eye hospital, my daughter quickly ran six minutes away to grab us Chick-fil-A sandwiches and waffle fries. Delicious, as always! Chick-fil-A never disappoints!

Please hire better employees. They are supposed to close at 10, but they frequently close early, which is really frustrating, especially for those of us working night shifts who rely on them. If you’re not interested in working, I kindly suggest finding a different job.
