Cajun Bistro - Birmingham

Great food, seasoned to perfection, and friendly staff!!!!!!

Cajun Bistro knows how to serve up some good food. I only been here once, but if I'm ever in the area, I'll tell myself to stop by. I ended up getting the fried catfish dinner with fries and hush puppies. For a fish to be fried, I was expecting more of a crunchy fish, but to my surprise, the catfish was actually moist which I wasn't expecting. It was also well season and tasted good. Both of my side items were good especially the hush puppies, but I was disappointed by the key lime cake since the cake was dry. I can tell the employees take pride in their job the way I was greeted and engaged.

I'm slowly making my way down their menu!! I've tried the shrimp grits, the sandwiches, and the crab leg platter!! Everything is always hot and fresh. Family friendly atmosphere and everyone has good customer services ethics! Hands down, the best in Birmingham

I heard a lot about this place I was told that they had the best. I was like I didn't eat what they're talking all day. I called my order at 6:30, I had to call 3 times to take my order, then she said that the waiting period was 30 minutes to 45 I was as ok imma waiting because I heard it was worth. I spent 28 on 2 of them just grumbling 4. I waited for an hour 15 minutes. Maybe I should order something else, but I wasn't satisfied. I wouldn't mind if I had a nice meal, but I could have cooked. my experience was not good ..

This place is amazing!!!! The garlic and lemon pepper wings are such a treat! I can't wait to try it again.
