You should consider yourself fortunate to have received a 1-star rating. If there were an option, I would give you NO STARS. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to feed your family. Don’t waste your time calling with issues; complaints have already been submitted to the state. Save your money and your time. This restaurant should be replaced by a chain that truly values quality in their work.

Absolutely horrendous service! Although they close at 10 PM, when we arrived at 7:45 PM, they were out of fries and only had green beans and dirty rice. They had already cleaned the grill two hours and 15 minutes before closing time. We finally decided to order biscuits, only for the server to say, "Uh, we’re not doing that; we’re about to close." I will never return!

Every time I've ordered from this restaurant, I'm told it will take 20 minutes for a pizza. Unfortunately, the staff seems to lack care and attentiveness, no matter when I visit. While I do enjoy the food, the service is quite frustrating. I hope someone in management reads this and takes action. It's really disappointing, as I was looking forward to this place opening in Trussville.

Service was very slow despite every employee being huddled around the drive thru and near the back of the kitchen. Cashier was friendly but not the fastest moving folks by any means. Fast food took on a whole new meaning here. Food was ok, will not bereturning. I seldom do fast food now as they are now as equal in price to most sit down restaurants. Shame..

Ordered and paid online. Get there to pickup and doors locked. Go through drive through and no one answered on speaker. After 3 minutes drove to window and waited 3 more minutes for someone to come to Window. I was told they did not have my order and askedme for a picture of what I got. Gave them a copy of my order and they asked me to pull up and park to wait for order. Ony 1other customer came through drive thru while I was there for 20 minutes waiting. I guess everyone else knew better.
