But then, 40 minutes went by without her returning to check on me, and I’m not exaggerating. My brother came over, and he had had to flag down another waitress after waiting 10 minutes just to get a drink. The couple seated at the table next to us had been waiting for 20 minutes and asked me who their waitress was. Frustrated, I went up to the host and asked a young man who was serving our section. He replied that he didn’t know but would find out. Ten minutes later, still nothing. The couple next to us eventually decided to go to the bar for drinks instead. Fortunately, a nice bartender named Smaragd helped us out when I brought everything over to the bar. She provided excellent service for the remainder of our visit. What really disappointed me was that I was never approached by a manager to address the situation, even after waiting for four hours. It was truly a horrible experience! It wasn’t even during a busy shift, so I can’t explain why the service was so poor.

We frequently go out for hot wings, and I can say these were the best I've had in quite a while. Brooks was our server and he was fantastic—very friendly and attentive.

I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. It was a bit loud due to the college football games, but that was understandable. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. I enjoyed crispy and delicious fried shrimp. The sweet potato fries with the dipping sauce were outstanding. I'm definitely going back!

The food was excellent as always. I love this place. Very nice staff and delicious food. What else can you ask? Also the bartender who works tonight (Oct 29) was great. Take care of me and keep my drink full. Wonderful service!

I love this place. Staff is amazing. They are starting to give less and less sauce on the wings... I asked and paid for extra wet and still more than half you could pick up and not get Buffalo sauce on you. Still love the wings, flavor and size. And the staff really are the best.
