Arby's - Birmingham

The staff handled our food without gloves, and they mentioned that the cook wasn't doing his job properly. It was frustrating to see them treat my mother poorly. Her feelings weren’t considered, and I also noticed that the staff member had long hair without a hair net. The only friendly person was an Asian man, who was wonderful and respectful. I paid for hot and good food, not for something that needed to be reheated in the microwave. I won't be returning to this location. Sharea needs to improve its customer service or consider letting some staff go, as they clearly lack the skills needed to interact properly with paying customers and their coworkers. If I had been treated the way I was, I would have quit and reported the situation to HR immediately.

Mister Hug was extremely friendly and polite while taking our order tonight. Everything was hot and fresh, and he engaged us in conversation while we waited at the window. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back to this place to see him again!

My mother and I stopped by this restaurant for lunch, and we found the staff to be very nice and friendly, which made our experience great.

I eat regularly lunch in this restaurant, through the ride through. the staff is always very polite and eating is always hot and fresh. it is consistently one of the best arby’s places I visited.
