Toby Carvery Arrowe - Birkenhead

My partner and I have been to this restaurant several times now, and we really enjoy it. The food is excellent, portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is fantastic—nothing seems to bother them. Yesterday, we were served by Issy, who was an absolute delight. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and had a constant smile on her face.

The personal service at this restaurant was simply outstanding, from the warm welcome to the attentive table service and smooth payment process. Every one of the seven staff members I interacted with was highly professional. They took the time to explain the system after asking if we had dined here before. The meat-free carvery I had was hot, fresh, and full of flavor—a refreshing change in Great Britain. I highly recommend this place!

Outstanding service from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed, and the staff explained the process clearly. The table service and assistance from the staff were very helpful. They offered a lovely selection for a meat-free roast. It was great value for the quality of food. Thank you very much!

Service from all staff was great. All carvery meals couldn't be faulted, however, myself and my mum ordered a mushroom n ale pie which arrived stone cold in the centre. Staff replaces it with fresh hot pies and issue was resolved

Food was fab, service was fast. Family of 4 all loved it. Will be returning.
