Rizo Pizza Bbq North Birkenhead

When our regular restaurant didn't have any doner meat available and was closed, we decided to give this place a second chance. However, upon ordering and waiting for our food with an unfriendly employee, we noticed that the restaurant was not as clean as it should be. Despite the 4-star rating on the door, I later discovered that it was given in 2019 and upon checking my app, I found that it was revisited in March 2021 and rated only 2 stars. When I got home and unwrapped my meal, I was disappointed to find that it was not what I had ordered - it had more chili sauce than salad and the salad seemed wilted. Ultimately, this experience was a letdown and I doubt I will be spending my money here again. I will likely share this review in the Liverpool Echo to warn others.

I had a great experience at this restaurant because I ordered my usual kebab. The staff remembered exactly how I like it and made it perfectly. It is still the best kebab I can find in the area. Thank you, Rob.

To begin with this is first takeaway idea used where there are thunder meat and chips comes without salat or sauce or even the option. chips were hard and there were 2 huge haare in my thunder meeting so that just went into the bin....Very disappointed

First-time customers here tonight. delicious pizzas with a lot of impact to the crust! I am the kind of person who is never satisfied/full even after a great meal, but I am now absolutely inflated! Many thanks, we are back!

We have been loyal customers to Rizo for a while now and never had a problem. However a few nights ago we ordered and over an hour later had not received our food. We called up and they were unapologetic but sent the food 40...minutes later. When it arrived, one of the meals arrive without chips. Again we called and they were even more disinterested and said to send the chips out would be another hour. We were obviously displeased with the service even more so that we regularly order and would expect better treatment for loyal customers. To make the situation worse we reviewed the service on their website and got back the most flippant reply. To quote directly, “I have to say it was only your chips missing pal not the end of the world.” I’m actually astounded at the contempt shown to loyal customers. We’re so disappointed.
