Order was sent 2 of the 4 ordered items. it is not possible to contact the memory directly. ubereats refused to pay back money. the food that was delivered was stone cold at delivery. would recommend not to buy food from this business, as there is no accountability, no contact data, no quality control and mostly terrible reviews.

Tasteless chicken. Everything bland. Whoever said this is tasty obviously has a connection to the storeBecause it is Shhhhhhht It’s like they boiled chicken and deep fried it with no seasoning. Burger was tasteless. How are they still in business

My delivery order was screwed up and theres no way to contact your store

BIRKDALE STORE Going outside and eating dirt would be a much better meal than wasting money and eating from here. Spent $150 and took all of it back only to walk in to the store empty every table with rubbish from previous customers and 4 young staff members all male sitting in a booth on their phones. One asked me what I would like and I showed him the entire order and receipt and he said yeh we don't do refunds here you need to call uber and sort it out through them. Less than interested and I'm sure management would be disgusted in the state of the food they're sending out and the lack of customer service in person was foul. No idea how they still have a job. Don't waste money here
