Kfc Bishops Stortford - Birchanger

Came on a Sunday evening at the end of half-time and it was very busy with long lines. Luckily there were 4 self-order kits and I didn't need to.

I came home to find a part of my order. I tried to contact the two, but no answer meant that I had to drive all the way back. explained the situation.

The restaurant, Massiw, seems to prioritize stocking supplies rather than accommodating the increasing number of customers. Additionally, I paid extra for orange juice that I never received, and did not receive a refund for it.

I would not recommend ordering an extra piece of chicken through the King meal at this restaurant. Despite the juicy drumstick shown in the picture, I received a small and unsatisfactory piece that resembled a pigeon's wing. At £2.19, the size of the chicken was disappointingly small, even smaller than a typical chicken dipper. Overall, I was not impressed with this experience.

The manager and employees at this restaurant consistently make mistakes by preparing bags of chips and drinks with ice but then leaving them on the side, allowing the chips to get cold and the drinks to melt. The manager is rude to customers and lacks knowledge. When I asked for a recipe, he gave me the wrong one. This experience was worse than a KFC store. If I could rate him, I would give him a zero.
