The Pickled Wrinkle - Birch Harbor

The wings were very hood and so was the lobster flatbread. The service was very good although the crowd that was in the afternoon.

Tried to call to see if they had any of their signature dish, The Pickled Wrinkle, but had to leave a message. No call back and when we arrived the next day no Wrinkles! There wasn’t any for a week I was told. Change the name. Overpriced pub food was not bad

I’m baffled at how this place has any 5-star reviews, and I can’t understand why our Airbnb host recommended it to us. When we arrived, the parking lot was packed, leading us to believe it must be a great place. Wrong. We were put on a waitlist, which was understandable, but when I asked the hostess about the wait time, she responded to us and everyone after us with, “I have no clue.” That should have been our first warning sign. When we were finally seated, our waitress was friendly and took our order promptly, but that was the last we saw of her. She was around but never checked on us to see how the food was or if we needed refills. The food took forever to come out. We specifically chose this place because the online menu advertised lobster rolls, but the menu we received had no seafood at all. The burger I ordered was small, thin, and looked like it came from a supermarket’s frozen section. After nearly two hours, we finished eating, and I had to flag someone down for our check because our waitress was still nowhere to be found. The restaurant has signs explaining the slow service, claiming it’s because they’re a small business. That’s no excuse. If they learned how to run their establishment properly, they wouldn’t need signs to justify the poor service and subpar food.

Went twice during our 4 day stay. Very friendly staff, accommodating and the food was fantastic! You absolutely have fans in Endicott NY! Elise (might have spelled her name wrong) was truly terrific. The waitress (can't remember her name) we had yesterday explained what a pickled wrinkle was lol thanks ladies!

Food was okay. Sitting out front is a bit weird where you basically do everything yourself. The inside was way too loud, so the thought of sitting outside was nice however the bugs were terrible and we had to get up and ask for things while our food got cold. Couldn’t really enjoy my meal.
