Binghamton Food Co-op

I really appreciate that there's a student-run eatery on campus offering vegan food!

Finding anything at BU is quite a challenge. I was unable to visit the coop because it was closed, probably until the next school year. I was given directions to a specific street, but there weren’t any signs for it, and I couldn't find a 30 East St. sign anywhere in sight. If anyone has a simpler way to navigate, I would appreciate it!

The co-op is a wonderful restaurant that emphasizes ethical and sustainable food practices. The space was renovated last year, and it looks very impressive!

For travelers: this co op is part of a college, in the basement of one of their buildings. Was told it?s not open during summer and that part of the building is currently closed off.

Great place to hang out, and the snacks are fantastic and cheap. Also has some of the best coffee on campus. The food is pretty pricy, though, and they only take cash. It's also not actually a food co-op. It's misleading to call themselves one when they aren't partnering with local producers, and providing those typical types of services.
