Whataburger - Biloxi

I absolutely adore Whataburger. Their food is consistently made fresh, the service is always top-notch, and the atmosphere is always positive and energetic. The only downside is that there is often a long wait when I visit, but I don't mind waiting when the food is cooked fresh and delicious.

While passing through the area, I accidentally left my phone in the bathroom at Whataburger. The manager, Shane, was incredibly helpful in assisting me in retrieving it. He went out of his way to help, exceeding all expectations. Businesses could benefit greatly from having more employees like him. I am extremely grateful for his help!

This place is a joke. The food is good and we never have a problem with it. The problem lies in the whole structure, the way the lines are handled. I waited thirty two minutes for two sandwiches. Charged me extra for sauce that they never even put in thebag. Yes, I should have checked, but I was just ready to get out of there. Also, 4 cars behind me all received their ordersfirst. I asked the chic that was bringing the food out why. Her response? Well, they ordered less items than you so they gottheirs first. Oh ok. So that's how it works. Noted. Seriously, the one in Ocean Springs needs to show this one in diberville howit's done.

I waited for 17 minutes to receive my order at the restaurant. I had ordered the special Whataburger without tomato but with added cheese. When I placed my order, the cashier asked me if I wanted cheese. Despite being in the special line, two cars that ordered after me were served before me. Unfortunately, the dressing for my salad was left out. Nevertheless, the special Whataburger with cheese was delicious.

Got my hungry a out of bed at 12am, craving a nice ole honey butter chicken biscuit, and drove to this whataburger as it is the nearest one to me. Waiting in the drive thru, just thinking about amazing the honey butter chicken biscuit is. The biscuitnever dry, the honey butter smothering the CHICKEN TENDER. I get my food. They gave me a nugget. A NUGGET. What did this starthappening?? They cheated me out on my chicken. Unacceptable
