Chicken is ALWAYS good here and they usually give you a lot of it. They are also the only restaurant in the mall with nice staff except chick fil a. I definitely recommend when you're in the mall and hungry.

Let me begin by saying that; You get what you pay, and if it's not obvious for some people out there, this is not Michellin stars eating. It is a beautiful food dish in a beautiful shopping center in the hospitable city of Biloxi, MS. I am a loyal customer in the restaurant and my recent visit is absolutely amazing. At first I was warm and friendly (as always) greeted by the friendly and polite cashier (Her Name is Anna) and she always remembers me and my favorite items: the Mongolian and the Honey Chicken with noodles. Food is always hot and tasty every time I visit and Anna never fails to deliver great customer service. It is always on the point when it comes to delivering a great experience for the customer and offering their best courtesy when there is ever a situation. In addition to the hardworking store manager, her name is Isabel, and Kennia the other cash register as well as the rest of the staff are all very hard working people. They are all very neighboring and always make sure you welcome. Biloxi is a small town, but the food court is definitely not empty. I visit here time to time and 9 of 10 I see the kind of line they have; it's on par with Chick-Fil-A. The online delivery and YET are always on the point with their service. I testify to each one of them, Anna, Kennia and Isabel, all treat the haste while they are so often of themselves and do not break them under pressure. Think of people, it is easier to ask than to deliver!!! I don't know what these people are paid, but they're a lot prone to an increase! Food workers work so hard to deliver the same quality of food every time and of course just like a spider gear there are Hiccups to be, but their courtesy always makes for it! I love this restaurant and its staff and my family all know about Mandarin Express.

Fresh food for a fair price below $10 per person. I get the 3-item combo and usually take the remains home.

I used to eat here all the time when I was a mall rat. It was good when I spent my mom's money but I don't eat there anymore. It's okay but not worth the trouble to me anymore. It's too greasy and something is always undercooked or overcooked. Meh
