Domino's Pizza - Biloxi

The staff at this location are amazing! I’m always welcomed with a smile! I usually order at least one large pizza each week for carryout. Thank you to everyone at Domino's Pizza on Pass Road in West Biloxi, Mississippi 39531!

The food was prepared quite quickly, which is why I'm giving an extra star. However, the cheese sticks were very undercooked and lacked filling. The chicken wings were almost dry, with very little sauce and hardly any toppings.

Feeling frustrated, I asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with Roneaha, who claimed to be one of the managers. I explained my experience over the weekend, but instead of addressing my concerns, she became defensive and hung up on me. I decided to call Domino's again to clarify who that manager was, and the woman I spoke to informed me that Roneaha is actually just an assistant manager. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere, and I will be going to Pizza Hut or Little Caesars from now on. Sincerely, Leo Parker

They just lack quality, if I have chicken pizza... as a former pizza maker (high school years) there would be more than just a peice of chicken per slice. Also great job with the burnt cheese. I paid $9.00(1/2 off week) for somebody's first attempt atmaking pizza.

TERRIBLE ordering system. They wouldn't unlock the door or acknowledge that I was there so I called for someone from an off site call center to answer the phone and tell me that it would be 15-30 minutes wait... FOR LAVA CAKES which should take 5minutes..
