Great food. Very easy to order from, however, they were slightly slow to give us our food that was busy so it makes sense and we ended up not getting some of the prawns we had ordered which was sleep. Otherwise we had ordered their sushi by the litbitum and it was all the money worth They were 259kr per person if I remember right:
All you can eat sushi for 189 DKK per person (199 over the weekend). Sushis are brought to your table by a robot, drinks by staff (very friendly and helpful). We tried many different sushis and absolutely loved it. The price also includes a dessert (crême brulee), coffee, and ice cream. Drinks are not included in the price. We definitely recommend coming here.
We discovered the restaurant by chance because we wanted to go out for sushi and were nearby. We were totally thrilled. First of all, we were pleasantly surprised that it was an all-you-can-eat restaurant and that the selection of sushi was incredibly diverse, creative and very tasty. You order the food using a tablet and it is delivered by a robot. That alone was impressive and fun. The delivery time of the sushi was quite quick despite it being very busy. There is also a buffet with other warm dishes to choose from, which is also included in the price. The ambience is also great. The restaurant is a clear recommendation for people who like sushi.
I have never eaten in the restaurant, but we have ordered take away several times. I ordered and paid yesterday 8/6 for collection today. Sending the daughter in with a screenshot of the order, which was not quite ready, was the first message. After a while, she asks about the order and then the message is that the order is not available. Are you sure it has been ordered to Billund, you will be asked. I go in and show confirmation that was sent by both email and SMS yesterday. Another employee interferes and almost blames me because I ordered the day in advance and then someone must have come to throw the order out. They see my order in the email and promise to prepare the food quickly. I go out and move the car, which is a bit illegal and my daughter is waiting. As promised, the food is ready quickly, my daughter insists on just checking the bag, the employee squeals that it is there and turns and leaves. No apology at all for the error, just the strange justification that it's because we ordered the day before. The ordering system obviously causes problems, I have experienced before being called and asked if I will not come and pick up an order. I had to point out that they had done it a day or two too early. The strangest thing is that the order slip that was attached to the bag today had the order number and the order time from yesterday. So what the heck do you mean the order was gone/ was deleted?? My daughter says that questions about some kind of discount were just ignored. Last but not least, the staff obviously do not know the word SORRY at all.
